Mario fans rejoice! Mario makes another appearance this week in New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the 3DS and 3DS XL.

Boasting a co-op mode and special co-op moves, this Mario game also has a new special power for the brothers to utilise in the form of a golden flower, which allows Mario and Luigi to turn enemies and blocks into gold coins. There’s also a new game mode called Coin Rush, which pits you against the clock to collect as many coins as possible, with scores in this mode being recorded to use as challenges for friends. New Super Mario bros. 2 is released on Friday as a physical copy and also on Nintendo eShop.
